Usually the order should be processed by us within 12 hours. This is our creed. We try not to go beyond this time. If within 12 hours you have not received an order to your email, check your spam folder, check the folder – trash. Check if your mail is overloaded. You can also find your files in your account in the “download” section. As soon as we process the order, we put your files there. Check it.
Don’t just wait silently if your order has expired, because if you don’t tell us the problem, we won’t know about it. Please be aware of the technical factor – sometimes the email service does not work and the message simply does not arrive.
Please make sure you have completed your payment. If you have not paid for the order, you can still do it in your account by going to the “Orders” section and clicking on the details of your order. As soon as we receive payment, we receive a notification that the order is completed and we get to work.
